CREDIT
Most apartments require a credit score of 600 or better to qualify for the posted deposit. Less than 600 credit or collections accounts with balances will increase your deposit. Too many collection accounts or balances that are too high may result in a denial.
INCOME
Most apartments require that the applicant earn 3x the rent in monthly, verifiable income. Co-signers may complete an application if you do not meet the income requirement.
RENTAL HISTORY
All posted apartments require the applicant to have
no prior evictions
or landlord disputes of any kind. Even dismissed evictions or damages owed to prior landlords will result in a denial, regardless of when they occurred.
All apartments have the same basic rental qualifications listed. Any more strict or varying requirements (when applicable) will be outlined on the rental listing. The application process will check any background reports including credit, criminal & sex offender registries. Application fees are non-refundable. Refer to the application agreement (on the application) for specific terms and details. Bohouse is pledged to EHO.
